#4031. Modern Country House with Half-Timbered Facade

The presented building demonstrates an interesting combination of a modern country house with elements of half-timbered architecture. The facade features an expressive asymmetrical composition with a high triangular gable, emphasized by decorative wooden elements forming a radial pattern.

The color scheme of the facade is built on the contrast between light sand-colored brick and dark brown wooden structural elements. Of particular note is the central part of the facade, where there is a decorative mosaic diamond-shaped insert that adds individuality and artistic expressiveness to the building.

The three-story structure of the building is clearly articulated: the basement floor is partially faced with natural stone, creating a sense of strength and solidity; the middle and upper floors are highlighted by large windows in wooden frames. The entrance group is designed with a small terrace with stairs and decorative columns, with lighting provided by spherical lamps.

The architectural composition is complemented by a well-maintained area with young plantings and a neat lawn, emphasizing the overall concept of country living harmoniously integrated into the natural surroundings.
