Eclectic Brick Mansion with Tower Facade

#3970. Eclectic Brick Mansion with Tower Facade

This structure is a two-story brick mansion with distinctive features of eclectic architecture. The facade is executed in yellow facing brick, creating an expressive and warm appearance. Particularly noteworthy is the cylindrical corner tower with a conical top covered in burgundy tiles, which lends the building a certain "castle-like" quality and adds architectural dynamism.

The facade decoration actively employs diagonal and diamond-shaped motifs: the window openings on the front section have characteristic geometric glazing in diamond patterns, and a decorative diamond-shaped element is placed on the upper level of the facade. These motifs are repeated in the tower section, creating a unified stylistic composition.

The building is enclosed by a massive brick fence in the same color scheme, with two types of gates (pedestrian and vehicular) finished in burgundy, echoing the roofing. The entrance area is marked by a small arch, emphasizing the ceremonial nature of the entrance. Decorative spheres on the fence posts complement the overall composition, giving it a finished appearance.

Overall, the building's architecture reflects the characteristic trends of private housing construction of the 2000s, attempting to combine monumentality and elegance, though not without a certain stylistic eclecticism and decorative excess.
