Modern two-level facade with wooden accents and panoramic glazing

#3968. Modern two-level facade with wooden accents and panoramic glazing

This modern house is an excellent example of harmonious integration between natural surroundings and innovative architecture. The building's facade features clean geometric lines and an asymmetrical composition, creating a dynamic visual effect.

The dominant design element is the impressive wooden canopy with a sloped roofline that extends over the upper floor, providing natural protection from sun and precipitation. The extensive use of wood in the facade finishing adds warmth and organic quality, contrasting with the large glass surfaces.

The facade is characterized by a two-level structure with a clear division between upper and lower volumes. The upper floor is almost entirely glazed, creating a sense of lightness and openness, while maximizing natural lighting and views. Steel elements and cable railings on the spacious upper deck add a contemporary industrial accent.

The lower level of the building is executed in more subdued tones with beige finishing and less glazing, creating a contrast with the upper floor and visually "grounding" the structure. Diagonal support elements add dynamics and structural interest to the facade composition.

The building is seamlessly integrated into the surrounding landscape with coniferous trees in the background and ornamental grasses in the foreground, emphasizing the ecological focus of the project and its connection with the natural environment.
