#3935. Contrasting Facade: Interplay of Wood, Metal, and Glass in a Modern House

This modern residential house is a striking example of contrast architecture, where various materials and textures are harmoniously combined. The facade is resolved in a combination of warm wooden cladding (presumably thermally modified wood) on the left side and strict dark gray profiled metal on the right. The lower part of the building is made of red brick, creating a visually solid foundation.

The most expressive element of the facade is the two-story panoramic glazing with wooden frames, which occupies a significant part of the front wall. This technique not only provides abundant natural light to the interior spaces but also creates a visual lightness to the structure. Through the glass, part of the staircase is visible, adding dynamism and transparency to the design.

The flat roof with wide overhangs emphasizes the modern aesthetics of the building. The number "9" on the facade is minimalistically integrated into the overall composition. The garage door is finished in a brown color that echoes the wooden cladding, contributing to the integrity of the design. The paved walkway and driveway complement the overall concept, connecting the building to the surrounding landscape.
