Mediterranean villa with contrasting stone and plaster facade

#3740. Mediterranean villa with contrasting stone and plaster facade

The image showcases a magnificent residential house that combines elements of Mediterranean and Northern Spanish architecture. The facade demonstrates an interesting contrast of textures and materials: the lower tier and part of the wall are made of natural sandstone, creating an impression of solidity and connection with the earth, while the upper part is plastered in white, giving the building lightness and airiness.

The roof is covered with traditional terracotta tiles, has several slopes and a characteristic protruding cornice with wooden elements. Particularly noteworthy is the tower structure on the left side of the building with a round stone base, which adds asymmetry and dynamics to the entire composition. The facade is enriched by various window openings: from small rectangular windows to a bay window with panoramic glazing, framed with green details.

Architectural expressiveness is emphasized by details: the stone arch of the entrance group, decorative elements, and an embedded mosaic or tile on the stone part of the facade. The area around the house is well-maintained, enclosed by a modern metal fence and wooden railing, while the presence of a palm tree enhances the Mediterranean character of the entire composition, creating a distinctive dialogue between the natural and man-made.

We design facade renovations of country houses.
