Elegant Mediterranean Facade with French Balconies and Sculpted Landscape Design

#3711. Elegant Mediterranean Facade with French Balconies and Sculpted Landscape Design

This is an exquisite two-story house in Mediterranean style with elements of Tuscan architecture. The facade is finished in light beige stucco with a characteristic texture that gives the building warmth and elegance. The architectural composition of the building is distinguished by symmetry and clean geometric forms, softened by graceful details.

The upper part of the facade is adorned with two distinctive dormer windows with louvered vents, which echo the two massive chimneys framing the roof. The second floor features three French balconies with curved wrought iron railings, adding grace and romanticism to the facade. The balconies are abundantly decorated with green plants, creating a vibrant contrast with the monochromatic facade.

The first floor is characterized by an abundance of glass surfaces — large panoramic windows and glass doors with dark frames create openness and connection with the exterior space. Stylish wall sconces are placed on either side of the central entrance. The entry door is executed in a dark color with decorative glazing, emphasizing it as an accent element of the facade.

The landscaping in front of the house is meticulously planned: a low stone wall made of natural stone with a metal gate, neatly trimmed spherical shrubs creating a rhythmic pattern, and various container plants. Particularly striking are the spirally trimmed shrubs, adding a note of formal garden art. White flowers and succulents in the lower part of the composition complete the image of a luxurious yet cozy and harmonious Mediterranean home.
