#3699. Two-story country house with combined façade: stone and siding

This country house is a striking example of American architecture in the Cape Cod style with elements of Tudor Revival. The façade demonstrates an interesting combination of materials: the lower part is faced with natural light beige stone, creating a solid visual foundation, while the upper level is finished with classic white siding, adding lightness to the overall composition.

The roof is executed in a traditional style – gabled, with copper-brown shingles and characteristic dormer windows. The brown window shutters deserve special attention, as they contrast with the white trim and create a strict rhythmic pattern on the façade. The central entrance is designed as an arched stone portal, which gives the house elegance and monumentality.

The façade is enriched by large panoramic windows on the first floor, divided into multiple sections, which is characteristic of traditional American architecture. The layout of the house is asymmetrical, with protruding volumes and a complex roof configuration, making the composition dynamic and interesting. The lush landscaping of the front yard with various shrubs and ornamental plants organically complements the architectural image, creating a cozy atmosphere of a country dwelling.
