Elegant Neoclassical Mansion with Contrasting Brick and Stucco Facade

#3678. Elegant Neoclassical Mansion with Contrasting Brick and Stucco Facade

Before us stands a classic mansion with an elegant facade, combining several architectural techniques. This two-story building is executed in a neoclassical style with distinct historical reminiscences. The facade displays an interesting combination of materials — the lower floor is faced with dark brick, while the upper level is finished in light stucco, creating an expressive contrast.

The arched windows of the first floor deserve special attention with their characteristic radial glazing, adding majesty to the structure. The second floor is adorned with a classical pediment featuring a semicircular window and decorative cornices. A mansard roof with brown tiles and a brick chimney complete the composition, giving the building a finished appearance.

The facade is enriched with neoclassical details: a balustrade on the second floor, decorative brackets under the cornices, and window framings. The central entrance is accentuated by a small porch with stone railings. The architectural ensemble is complemented by a side wing with arched windows, executed in the same style as the main building.

The landscaping with neat hedges, blooming hydrangeas, and spherical lamps emphasizes the respectability of the residence and creates a harmonious unity between the architecture and the surrounding environment.
