#3474. Majestic White Mansion with Neoclassical Façade and Ionic Columns

Before us stands a magnificent example of neoclassical architecture, inspired by the Southern plantation homes of the American South. This two-story mansion features a symmetrical façade with an imposing portico supported by four tall classical Ionic columns that create a monumental entrance and extend the full height of the building.

The façade is finished in white, highlighting its aristocratic character and contrasting with the red brick elements — a decorative chimney on the left side of the building and the base foundation. The window openings have classical proportions and rhythmic placement. The first floor is particularly distinguished by a large glazed veranda with frequent divisions of window frames, giving the façade lightness and elegance.

A distinctive feature of the house is the expansive terrace with white balustrades surrounding the building and connecting to the central staircase leading to the first-floor level. The foundation is faced with the same red brick as the chimney, creating visual integrity and completeness to the composition. The well-maintained landscape with a manicured lawn and neat flowerbeds frames the building, emphasizing its status.
