Neoclassical Mansion with Refined White Facade

#3179. Neoclassical Mansion with Refined White Facade

The mansion presented showcases an elegant combination of neoclassical style with elements of Franco-Italian influence. The facade is executed in light tones, emphasizing its aristocratic character and giving it visual lightness despite its impressive dimensions.

The main volume of the building represents a complex composition with semicircular projections and a luxurious formal portico on the right part of the facade. The graceful arched windows on the ground floor of the right wing deserve special attention, framed by decorative elements with characteristic medallions and garlands. The upper tier is adorned with a balustrade featuring decorative urns, giving the building a complete, representative appearance.

The left part of the facade features more restrained decor but contains elements typical of neoclassicism: small balconies with elegant wrought iron railings and finely detailed window framings. The black roof creates an expressive contrast with the white walls and parapet.

The architectural composition is complemented by thoughtful landscaping: trimmed shrubs at the base of the building, vertical accents in the form of cypress-like plants, and ornamental trees that soften the geometric rigor of the architectural forms. The mansion represents an excellent example of respectable architecture embodying the ideals of proportion, symmetry, and exquisite decoration.
