#3035. Cozy bungalow with distinctive facade: compactness, warm tones and garden harmony

Before us is a charming single-story cottage in the American bungalow style. The house features a compact layout and a well-thought-out facade with elements characteristic of this style. The main volume of the building has a rectangular shape with a pitched roof, complemented by a triangular gable above the porch.

The facade is finished in light beige tones with contrasting accents: reddish-brown details frame the entrance area and emphasize the foundation line. Of particular note is the open porch with low railings and the wide columns typical of bungalows supporting the canopy. The triangular gable above the entrance is decorated with vertical slats creating a lattice effect, which adds lightness to the upper part of the building.

Windows are symmetrically placed on the main facade – one on each side of the central entrance. They have traditional division into several sections, which enhances the feeling of coziness and home warmth. The front door is made of dark wood, creating an expressive accent on the light facade.

A picturesque path of stone slabs leads to the house, surrounded by a well-maintained garden with raised beds and various flowering plants. The landscape design organically complements the architecture of the house, creating a holistic composition where natural elements harmoniously combine with man-made ones.
