The presented house is executed in the English Tudor style with notable influence of a French chateau. The sandstone facade demonstrates the highest quality masonry with expertly crafted elements. Particularly striking is the asymmetrical composition of the facade with diverse architectural elements — round turrets with conical roofs, pointed gables, and bay windows.
The roof features a complex multi-pitched design covered with slate tiles, creating a textural interplay and adding authenticity to the house. Window openings vary in form: arched on the left wing, rectangular dormer windows, and round oculus windows on the towers. The central entrance is accentuated by an elegant stone portal with a carved wooden door.
The landscape design excellently complements the architecture: the strict geometry of garden paths and flowerbeds contrasts with the romantic appearance of the house. A small fountain with decorative sculpture serves as the compositional center of the front yard. Meticulously trimmed shrubs and floral compositions frame the approach to the house, creating an impression of exquisite harmony between nature and architecture.
