Neoclassical mansion with an exquisite stone façade and elements of Palladian architecture

#2917. Neoclassical mansion with an exquisite stone façade and elements of Palladian architecture

Before us stands an exquisite residence in neoclassical style, embodying architectural elegance and grandeur. The façade is crafted from honey-golden limestone, creating a warm, noble atmosphere. The symmetrical composition of the frontal part emphasizes classical architectural principles that trace back to Palladian traditions.

Particularly noteworthy is the central portico with snow-white columns and graceful balustrade, forming a ceremonial entrance to the mansion. The semi-circular arched windows of the first floor harmoniously combine with the rectangular windows of the second level, framed by classical casings. Attention is drawn to the decorative pediment above the central part of the second floor with a round medallion window, adding refinement to the overall composition.

The natural tile roof with soft lines and expressive slopes completes the architectural ensemble. Special charm is added to the façade by partial greenery - ivy wrapping around the corner of the building creates a picturesque contrast with the geometric rigor of architectural forms. White balustrades of terraces and the roof add airiness to the building, despite the monumentality of the structure.

The landscape design with neatly trimmed shrubs and a well-maintained lawn elegantly frames the building, emphasizing its status and harmonious unity with the surrounding nature.
