Snow-white Mediterranean facade with terracotta tiles and arched elements

#2812. Snow-white Mediterranean facade with terracotta tiles and arched elements

Before us stands an elegant example of Mediterranean architecture with pronounced Spanish colonial motifs. The facade of the building, executed in white, creates an impression of lightness and airiness, which particularly contrasts with the terracotta tiled roof. This traditional terracotta tile, with its characteristic semi-circular elements, is one of the defining features of the Mediterranean style.

The central entrance is emphasized by a triple arcade with columns, forming a small portico. The wooden entrance door, finished in a warm brown shade with coffered elements, serves as an accent element against the white stucco background. On either side of the central entrance are arched windows with characteristic curved forms, which enhance the Mediterranean character of the building.

In the upper part of the main facade, one can notice three arched windows and a decorative star-shaped element, which gives completeness to the composition. A massive white chimney complements the silhouette of the roof. The architectural composition is harmoniously complemented by landscape design: decorative cypresses, flowering plants in clay pots, and brick paving laid in a herringbone pattern, highlighting the handcrafted, artisanal character of the entire ensemble.
