The building facade demonstrates an interesting combination of Art Nouveau and elements of local architectural tradition. The distinctive feature is a semi-circular window opening with a green metal canopy of a characteristic curved shape. Decorative metal fasteners emphasize the ornamental nature of the structure.
The balcony railing is executed in the same green color and presents an elegant metal grill with triangular decorative elements adorned with floral patterns and spiral motifs. Such technique was typical for Art Nouveau architecture of the early 20th century.
The facade combines brickwork in the lower part with a plastered surface above, creating a visual contrast of materials. To the left of the window opening stands a decorative sculpture, presumably an allegorical figure, decorated with star-shaped ornaments, which is a rare element for this type of architecture.
The overall color scheme with the dominant turquoise-green color of metal elements against the background of light plaster and terracotta roof tiles creates a harmonious composition, characteristic of Central European Art Nouveau.
