This magnificent example of modernist architecture displays exquisite features of Catalan Art Nouveau, possibly inspired by the works of Antonio Gaudi or other masters of the Barcelona school. The façade is distinguished by rich decorative ornamentation with a predominance of floral motifs, characteristic of the Art Nouveau style.
The focal point of the composition is an elegant bay window with semi-circular windows framed by slender green frames. The windows are complemented by decorative wrought iron balcony railings with flowing organic lines. Of particular note is the central column between the windows, adorned with refined carved ornamentation in the form of stylized botanical motifs.
The framing of the bay window is generously decorated with stucco featuring floral and plant motifs in golden tones, creating an impression of luxury and elegance. Each decorative element is meticulously crafted: column capitals, curved cornice lines, floral elements – all combine to create a harmonious composition where functionality meets aesthetic perfection.
In the lower portion of the façade, one can observe a continuation of the decorative theme with similar botanical elements, as well as striking black metallic flowers that contrast with the sandy color of the main façade. This combination of materials and colors emphasizes the multi-layered depth of the architectural composition.
