Before us stands an impressive example of eclectic architecture from the early 20th century, a four-story building with a richly decorated facade. The combination of classical and modernist elements in its design deserves special attention.

The building's facade is characterized by a symmetrical composition with a central projection and corner tower elements. The left part of the facade is designed as a rounded corner with expressive bay windows, crowned by a decorative spire. The upper floor features a triangular pediment in the central part with ornamental relief filling.

The facade walls are richly adorned with sgraffito and bas-reliefs featuring floral and geometric motifs. Each floor has its own system of decorative design, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern. Expressive cornices run between floors, and the window openings are designed in a unified style with characteristic divisions.

The color scheme of the facade is executed in light beige tones with contrasting dark elements of the roof and some decorative details.
