Before us is an exquisite example of modernist architecture with notable influences from Catalan Art Nouveau and Arabic motifs. The central element of the composition is an elegantly decorated window divided into two vertical sections by a wrought iron grille. The protective metal lattice demonstrates excellent metalwork with repeating floral motifs, creating an effect of black metal lace.
The facade is adorned with magnificent carved ornamentation in the Mudejar style, executed on white stucco using fine lines of sand color. The upper part of the decorative framing features trifoliate elements, symmetrically arranged on both sides of the window opening. The window culminates in a stepped form reminiscent of Moorish arches, and inside you can see amber stained glass with geometric patterns.
The lower part of the facade is decorated with traditional azulejos ceramic tiles featuring blue patterns on a white background characteristic of Mediterranean architecture. This decorative band creates an interesting contrast with the monochromatic upper part and emphasizes the multilayered architectural solution.
Particularly noteworthy is the sculptural element, possibly a stylized capital, placed in the center between the two parts of the window, which adds a vertical axis to the composition and enhances the overall symmetry of the facade.
