#19707. Modern three-level facade with elements of Asian aesthetics

This architectural object is an impressive modern house with an expressive multi-level facade that harmoniously combines elements of Asian and modernist aesthetics. The structure is organized in three distinct horizontal levels, each with its own character and functional purpose.

The upper level is crowned with a terracotta roof with wide eaves, giving the building a slight hint of tropical or Japanese architecture. The second and third levels are executed in a beige-gray color with active use of wooden elements and glass surfaces. Particularly notable are the wooden shutters and panels in a warm brown shade, which create an interesting rhythmic pattern on the facade and provide protection from the sun.

The lower level of the building features a combination of natural materials — stone masonry made of slate in sandy and gray shades, which effectively contrasts with the wooden garage door. The base of the house has straight contours with protruding elements that create an interplay of light and shadow. The landscape design emphasizes the natural character of the building — succulents and local plants with bright orange accents organically frame the structure.

When designing your own facade, you can take note of the following techniques: multi-layered composition, combination of contrasting materials (stone, wood, concrete), use of protruding cantilevers to create shade and protection, integration of natural elements into the house architecture. Special attention should be paid to the harmonious interaction of the building with the surrounding landscape and climatic features of the area.
