#18889. Textured concrete facade with stone inserts and traditional tiled roof

This project represents a striking example of a contemporary interpretation of traditional architecture. The building demonstrates a masterful combination of brutal concrete aesthetics with textural elements, creating a complex, multi-layered facade. Particularly noteworthy are the stone masonry inserts that add rhythm and tactility to the concrete surfaces.

The facade is structured through a thoughtful alternation of open and closed volumes. Window openings, strategically placed at different levels, provide natural lighting, while the projecting balcony with metal railings adds dynamics to the overall appearance. The traditional tiled roof with deep eaves creates an interesting contrast with the modern materials of the main volume.

When designing a facade for a private home, such an approach can be highly effective: combining textures (concrete, stone, metal) creates visual interest and helps break the monotony of large surfaces. Especially worth noting is the use of local materials, which gives the building an organic connection to the surrounding development, despite the modern architectural language.
