The building's facade is executed in a minimalist style using concrete as the primary material, creating clear geometric forms. Large panoramic windows ensure maximum penetration of natural light into the interior spaces and visually connect the interior with the surrounding landscape. The lower level is characterized by openness thanks to glass sliding doors.
Particularly noteworthy is the accessible green roof with integrated solar panels – an example of a successful combination of ecological and energy-efficient solutions.
