#18585. Modern eco-house with green roof and minimalist concrete facade

The presented image showcases a modern eco-friendly house with an innovative approach to facade design and roof organization. The architectural solution is based on the concept of sustainable development – the building is equipped with an extensive green roof divided into several functional zones with various types of vegetation.

The building's facade is executed in a minimalist style using concrete as the primary material, creating clear geometric forms. Large panoramic windows ensure maximum penetration of natural light into the interior spaces and visually connect the interior with the surrounding landscape. The lower level is characterized by openness thanks to glass sliding doors.

Particularly noteworthy is the accessible green roof with integrated solar panels – an example of a successful combination of ecological and energy-efficient solutions. The roof greening system not only serves an aesthetic function but also provides natural thermal insulation, reduces heat gain during summer months, and promotes biodiversity in the urban environment.

The project demonstrates how contemporary facade design can harmoniously combine functionality, environmental consciousness, and aesthetics. The concrete parapets framing the green roof form clean lines and emphasize the geometric composition of the building, while the thoughtful system of pathways on the roof allows this space to be used as an additional recreational area.
