Modern country house with stone and wood facade and integrated relaxation area

#18571. Modern country house with stone and wood facade and integrated relaxation area

The presented architectural solution demonstrates an excellent example of a modern country house with a harmonious combination of natural materials. The facade of the building features a well-thought-out composition, elegantly combining stone masonry, wooden elements, and large glass surfaces. The architect masterfully utilized the contrast of textures, where the rough stone walls are juxtaposed with smooth glass planes and warm wood.

The left part of the facade with vertical wooden slats deserves special attention, as they create the effect of filtered light and provide privacy for interior spaces without compromising natural lighting. This facade design technique can be considered exemplary for creating the functional aesthetics of a modern house.

The stone columns and walls with their natural texture and color palette provide visual stability to the composition, while the thin frames of large windows create a sense of lightness. The transition from interior to exterior is resolved through a terrace with a relaxation area and a built-in plunge pool or small swimming pool framed by wooden decking.

The vertical accent in the form of a stone chimney with a black top adds dynamics to the predominantly horizontal composition of the facade. The right part of the complex with vertical wooden cladding creates an interesting contrast with the more massive stone volume and emphasizes the organic connection between architecture and the surrounding landscape.
