Facade #182

Before us stands an expressive example of eclectic architecture, combining elements of neo-gothic and Art Nouveau styles. This two-story brick mansion features an asymmetrical facade composition and a distinctive turret with a pointed tent roof topped with a weather vane. The building is constructed from red brick with striking white trim around the window openings, creating an effective contrast.

The facade is organized with emphasized vertical lines. Particularly noteworthy is the corner bay window with panoramic glass, which is crowned by a second-floor balcony featuring decorative balustrade railings made of white stone. The arched elements above the entrance and balcony introduce a romantic character typical of country villas from the late 19th to early 20th century.

The complex roof configuration is covered with ceramic tiles, which enhances the historical authenticity of the structure. It's interesting to note the combination of steep slopes on the tower and the more gradual sections of the main roof, creating an expressive silhouette for the building.

The mansion is framed by an ornate wrought iron fence on brick pillars that harmoniously complements the house's architecture, while the paved brick pathway emphasizes the formal approach to the building. Its location surrounded by tall trees creates a romantic atmosphere of seclusion characteristic of countryside estates.
