#17494. Modern minimalist facade with contrasting volumes: flat roof meets gabled roof

Before us is a striking example of modern minimalist architecture harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape. The composition consists of several volumes: a main pavilion with a flat roof and adjacent small houses with gabled roofs. The facade solutions demonstrate a virtuoso play with space and light – the abundance of glass creates an effect of blurring boundaries between interior and exterior.

The main building features a laconic facade with clean lines and minimalist aesthetics. The protruding canopy with pergola creates a shaded terrace and forms a smooth transition to the open space. The color palette is restrained: black structural elements contrast with white surfaces, emphasizing the contemporary character of the architecture.

The auxiliary buildings with pointed roofs bring diversity to the overall composition, creating an interesting dialogue between different architectural forms. The facades of these structures also feature large glazed surfaces, maximizing the use of natural light.

This project demonstrates several techniques that can be adapted for private construction: contrasting combination of materials, use of canopies and pergolas to create transitional spaces, integration of large glazed surfaces to connect with nature, and combining different roof types to create a dynamic composition.
