This modern residential building represents an expressive example of avant-garde architecture with a fluid facade design that becomes the main expressive element of the entire composition. The gray concrete exterior forms a wave-like structure, creating a dynamic image that resembles a sculpture rather than a traditional building.
The facade is characterized by smooth curvilinear forms that wrap around the building and create deep niches for balconies and terraces. This plasticity allows for an interesting play of light and shadow on the surface of the structure throughout the day. The contrast between the gray concrete of the outer shell and the white internal surfaces enhances the depth effect and emphasizes the fluid nature of the architecture.
Special attention is drawn to the greenery integrated into the building's architecture – small plants on the upper levels and landscape design at the entrance add an organic quality to the geometric forms. The entrance is marked with "C17" and features a minimalist fence with a geometric pattern that echoes the wavelike lines of the main volume.
For private construction, this project demonstrates how to move away from standard rectangular volumes by using smooth curves and curvilinear elements. Techniques such as contrasting materials, integrating green zones into the facade structure, and creating protected open spaces can be adapted for smaller-scale projects, giving individuality to a residential home.
