This is an outstanding example of modern architecture where various materials and textures are harmoniously combined. The building façade presents an exquisite composition of wood, concrete, and glass. The wooden cladding with horizontal panels creates a warm, organic atmosphere that contrasts with the cold austerity of concrete surfaces. Large panoramic windows with dark frames not only provide abundant natural light to interior spaces but also create a rhythmic visual element on the façade.
