The building's facade presents a composition of three distinctly expressed parts: a lower level made of light concrete, a striking central element with perforated copper panels, and an upper volume clad in dark metal panels.
The central element of the facade deserves special attention — golden-brown perforated panels with an abstract geometric pattern that creates a remarkable play of light and shadow. This designer facade treatment not only gives the building a unique character but also functionally filters sunlight, creating extraordinary lighting effects inside.
The upper volume of the building is clad with vertical dark gray metal panels of varying widths, adding dynamism and rhythm to the strict geometry of the structure. Large windows, asymmetrically positioned, not only provide natural lighting to the interior spaces but also emphasize the contemporary nature of the architecture.
This project demonstrates how contrasting textures, materials, and colors can be used to create a memorable building image.
