Modern two-story house with contrasting facade: brick foundation and streamlined white top

#16908. Modern two-story house with contrasting facade: brick foundation and streamlined white top

This modern house is a magnificent example of an organic combination of geometric plasticity and natural materials. The façade demonstrates an interesting dialogue between the traditional brickwork of the lower level and the ultra-modern snow-white shell of the upper floor with its smooth, streamlined forms. This solution creates a visual lightness of the structure, where the massive foundation contrasts with the airy top.

The curvilinear form of the white façade deserves special attention, resembling a wave or a streamlined futuristic capsule. The architect skillfully used the technique of visually lightening the upper volume, giving it dynamism and contemporary character. Panoramic glazing on both the lower and upper levels ensures maximum connection between the interior and the external environment, blurring the boundary between the house and the surrounding landscape.

In the design of the lower level, the architect applied brickwork with elements of decorative patterns and non-standard projections, which adds texture and tactile interest to the façade. Such facade design can be considered as an example of how traditional materials can be interpreted in a modern way, preserving the warmth and comfort of brick, but in a progressive architectural form.

Wooden terraces organically connect the house with the swimming pool, creating a unified space for relaxation, while the surrounding greenery emphasizes the eco-friendly nature of the project. Vertical landscaping and hanging willow branches soften the geometry of the structure, integrating it into the natural context.
