The presented facade demonstrates a masterful combination of modern architecture with traditional materials. Particularly impressive is the use of brickwork with variable relief, where some bricks protrude from the wall plane, creating a dynamic texture and interplay of light and shadow. This solution is not only aesthetically appealing but also gives the building an individual character.
The entrance area is designed with special attention: the wooden door harmoniously combines with decorative panels next to it. An interesting accent is the set of ornamental square elements placed on the wall near the entrance – they add artistic expression to the strict geometry of the facade design.
The pergola above the entrance area creates an expressive rhythm of shadows on the terrace surface while also serving as a functional element that protects from direct sunlight. The combination of smooth concrete surfaces with textured brick and elements of greenery demonstrates a thoughtful approach to exterior organization.
For private housing, several techniques can be borrowed from this project: using brick with variable placement to create textured walls, integrating natural elements into the architectural composition, playing with shadows through the use of pergolas, and combining contrasting materials — smooth concrete and textured brick — to create visual interest.
