This architectural object is a modern residential building with an expressive wooden facade of vertical slats that creates a rhythmic texture across the entire surface of the structure. The three-story building with an asymmetrical shed roof demonstrates a minimalist approach to form, yet possesses a strong character thanks to its cladding material.
Special attention is drawn to the protruding balcony volumes with transparent glass railings, which visually "break through" the vertical structure of the wooden cladding, creating a dynamic contrast between transparent and opaque elements. The facade solution allows the building to blend organically with the surrounding landscape while standing out with its contemporary aesthetics.
The vertical wooden slats serve not only a decorative function but also act as sun-screening elements, creating a play of light and shadow on the facade surface throughout the day. This technique achieves a balance between privacy and openness, while the natural texture of wood adds warmth and coziness to the overall appearance of the building.
For private residential construction, several techniques from this project can be noted: the use of vertical wooden lamellae to create texture and rhythm on the facade; contrasting combination of natural wood and glass; use of protruding architectural elements to create dynamism; integration of the building into the landscape while preserving existing trees and vegetation.
