#16641. Elegant Art Nouveau Facade with Neo-Gothic Motifs

Before us stands a striking example of a suburban mansion in Art Nouveau style with Neo-Gothic elements. The building's facade impresses with its expressive architectural solution. The main white surface of the walls contrasts with the dark green brick trim, creating a strict yet refined appearance.

The dominating element of the facade is a pointed gable with complex geometry, framed by brickwork. This solution gives the building vertical aspiration and majesty. The panoramic windows deserve special attention: on the left side, a rectangular window in an elegant brick frame, and on the right, a bay semicircular window that adds dynamics to the overall composition.

The roof is covered with brown ceramic tiles, which harmoniously combines with the brick trim. A dormer window is visible on the roof, indicating the presence of living space on the upper floor.

The entrance to the building is decorated with a separate canopy that supports the overall style. Also worth noting is the carefully designed area in front of the house – white wrought iron fence and gate emphasize the status of the property, while a small front garden with plants softens the overall strictness of the architectural solution.

When designing the facade of your own home, you can borrow several techniques: contrasting combination of materials (light plaster and dark brick), expressive gable as a compositional dominant, use of bay windows to diversify the facade plane, and thoughtful framing of window openings to give the building individuality.
