Before us is an exquisite example of neo-Moorish architecture with an expressive corner façade. The building demonstrates rich decorative elaboration characteristic of the eclectic approach of the late 19th - early 20th century. The dominant element of the composition is the corner tower with a dome decorated with red inserts, which add rhythm and color accent.
The façade abounds with sophisticated details: horseshoe-shaped arched windows in Moorish style, an elegant balcony with delicate balustrade, abundant stucco, and fine carving. Of particular note is the "console" in the form of a bowl beneath the balcony – a rare decorative element that adds refinement and originality to the building. The rhythmic horizontal divisions of the façade are balanced by vertical accents.
The color scheme of the façade is built on nuances of beige tones with accents of terracotta color, which gives the building warmth and harmony with the surrounding development. When designing a modern façade, similar techniques can be adapted, using a more restrained interpretation of Eastern motifs, arched elements, and expressive plasticity of corner sections of the building.
