Before us is an impressive example of an eclectic architectural solution, where the brick facade of the building is enriched with decorative elements in Art Nouveau or Art Nouveau style. The central window with wooden frames in brown has a trapezoidal shape, which adds dynamism to the entire composition. The window framing is made of greenish ceramic tiles, creating a rhythmic diamond pattern.
Particularly noteworthy is the relief frieze below the window with three decorative medallions containing floral or plant motifs. The color palette of the frieze includes yellow, green, and pinkish hues, creating a striking contrast with the brickwork. The upper part of the window opening is adorned with a serrated decorative element, and above it is a band with a geometric ornament of triangles and circles.
At the bottom of the facade, there is another decorative element in the form of a stylized rising sun, made of light-colored stone or ceramics. Such attention to detail and combination of various finishing materials is characteristic of architecture from the late 19th - early 20th century.
When designing a modern facade, similar techniques can be used to create an individual appearance of the building: contrasting materials, ceramic inserts with geometric or floral ornaments, non-standard window shapes, and a variety of textures. It is important to maintain harmony between bright decorative elements and the main facade material.
