#16111. Geometric brick façade with protruding wooden window boxes

This modern brick façade represents an expressive example of minimalist architecture with distinctive volumetric accents. The foundation of the composition is created by a monolithic brick surface in a subdued beige-brown shade, which serves as a neutral background for the expressive window elements.

The most notable details of the façade are the wooden window frames with a warm timber tone, forming protruding volumes of various sizes. The upper horizontal element is particularly interesting — a panoramic bay window literally "floating" out from the wall plane, creating dynamics and providing additional illumination to the interior space. The asymmetrical arrangement of differently sized windows adds a contemporary artistic character to the façade.

The entrance to the building is designed in the same wooden palette as the window frames, ensuring color consistency throughout the composition. The geometric stepped configuration of the building with different levels of planes creates an interesting play of light and shadow throughout the day.

Similar techniques can be adapted for private housing: contrasting combination of monolithic surfaces with expressive window openings; use of natural materials (brick and wood) to create a warm yet modern aesthetic; asymmetrical arrangement of architectural elements; application of projecting volumetric structures to increase usable space and improve insolation.
