The presented house demonstrates a modern approach to suburban architecture, where various materials and textures are skillfully combined in the facade. The two-story structure features an expressive composition of volumes, where contrasting color solutions create a dynamic image.
The facade represents a harmonious combination of light panels (presumably fiber cement), dark horizontal planks (possibly composite material or painted wood), and stone cladding in the lower part of the building. The central element of the entrance group is highlighted by a curved wall with natural stone finishing in sandy tones, which gives the building an impressive and substantial appearance.
The architectural composition is built on a combination of rectangular volumes of different heights, emphasized by contrasting materials. The dark roof with wide overhangs visually unites different parts of the building. Large windows with dark frames provide sufficient natural lighting and create an expressive rhythm on the facade.
For private housing, this project demonstrates several successful techniques: zoning the facade using different materials, using contrasting colors to highlight architectural volumes, combining modern finishing materials with traditional stone. Particularly successful is the entrance area solution with stone steps and retaining walls that create a smooth transition from the landscape to the building.
