#15745. Dynamic White Facade: Harmony of Curvilinear Forms and Contrasting Materials

This modern residential building is a striking example of organic architecture with a dynamic facade. The key feature of the project is the contrasting combination of geometric shapes — a rounded white section of the building smoothly transitions into a rectangular volume with concrete elements. The curvilinear facade creates a sense of movement and gives the building a sculptural character.

The facade composition showcases an interesting interplay of materials: smooth white plaster of the dominant volume is juxtaposed with the textured concrete of the side section. Large panoramic windows and glass elements break up the monolithic nature of the walls, providing natural light to the interior spaces. The elegant curve of the roof continues the plasticity of the main volume, creating a cohesive composition.

Greenery is integrated into the architecture: plants on flat roof sections and in special niches soften the strictness of forms. The zoning of the plot is interestingly resolved with a stone pathway leading to the entrance and a neat lawn that complements the overall composition.
