This remarkable building showcases a masterful combination of modernist architecture and textural expressiveness. The facade is constructed from terracotta brick that forms a smooth curved shape, giving the structure an organic, sculptural appearance. The most impressive element is the semi-circular projecting volume on the second floor with panoramic glazing, which creates a contrast between the transparency of glass and the solidity of brickwork.
The lower part of the building features perforated brickwork with a checkerboard pattern, which not only creates visual interest but also provides natural ventilation and play of light. This perforation also forms an enclosed entrance area, adding depth and layering to the facade. The roof edge smoothly contours the building, completing its organic silhouette, while a small metal railing on the roof suggests the possibility of using the roof as a terrace.
Surrounded by eucalyptus trees and local vegetation, the building harmoniously blends into the natural landscape. For private home construction, this architecture offers several interesting techniques: using perforated masonry to create semi-transparent screens, curved forms to soften the geometry of the facade, contrast of materials (brick and glass), as well as integration of architecture with the surrounding nature.
