Elegant two-story façade with brick foundation and white upper finish

#15618. Elegant two-story façade with brick foundation and white upper finish

This façade presents a beautiful example of eclectic architecture, harmoniously combining traditional and contemporary elements. The lower portion of the building is constructed from red brick with characteristic masonry, creating a solid visual foundation and adding warmth to the overall appearance. Particularly notable is the arched opening on the left, executed in brick – a classic element that adds historical depth and architectural character to the façade.

The upper part of the façade contrasts with the brick foundation thanks to its white finish, creating lightness and visually alleviating the structure. The bay window with panoramic glazing on the left side of the building is especially interesting – it not only provides additional natural lighting to the interior spaces but also serves as an expressive architectural accent. On the right, there is a second floor with a balcony, enclosed by lattice railings with a diamond pattern, adding elegance and detail to the façade.

The ground floor opens to the courtyard through a series of French doors with multi-paned glazing, providing a smooth transition between interior and exterior spaces. The stone-paved terrace creates a functional relaxation area, complemented by cozy garden furniture. Greenery frames the house, softening the architectural lines.

When designing your own façade, several techniques can be noted: contrasting combination of materials (brick and smooth stucco), playing with volumes (bay window, balcony), using arched elements to create architectural interest, and integrating interior space with exterior through panoramic glazing. This approach allows for creating an expressive yet harmonious and cozy residential façade.
