#15448. Dual-tone stone facade with classical elements

This elegant two-story house is an excellent example of a modern interpretation of traditional architecture. The facade features two types of masonry — light sandstone for the central section and reddish-brown brick for the left wing, creating an interesting contrast and visual separation of volumes.

Particularly noteworthy is the central gable with its triangular completion, emphasized by a cornice with soffits. Below it sits a graceful balcony with geometric pattern metal railings, serving not only as a functional element but also as an architectural accent. The arched windows with mullioned upper sections give the facade a classical character.

The entrance area is designed with a minimalist approach, featuring a central dark door framed by side light panels. Decorative white spheres on pedestals are installed on both sides of the entrance, serving as stylistic terminations for the fencing. The landscaping with evergreen plants complements the overall composition.

When designing your own facade, consider techniques such as: combining different finishing materials to create visual interest; incorporating classical elements (arched windows, gables) with a modern interpretation; carefully proportioned window openings; highlighting the entrance area; adding architectural details like a balcony with decorative railings.
