Before us stands an elegant townhouse in neoclassical style, positioned within a row of adjacent homes. The facade is crafted from light limestone or sandstone, giving it a noble and substantial appearance. The architectural composition is distinguished by strict symmetry and precise proportions.
The central element of the facade is an impressive arched window on the second floor, occupying a significant portion of the wall. It is divided by imposts into several sections, creating a rhythmic visual effect. Such a window not only provides abundant natural light to the interior space but also serves as the architectural dominant of the entire composition.
On the upper floor, there are two windows with decorative framing: the left one has a semicircular completion, while the right one features a triangular pediment. This technique creates an interesting contrast of forms and adds architectural expressiveness to the facade. The mansard roof with metal covering completes the building's appearance.
The entrance is designed in a laconic and elegant manner: a white door is framed by a small triangular portico that echoes the forms of the upper windows. A small terrace with wrought iron railings is organized in front of the entrance, with a pattern that reflects the neoclassical style of the entire facade. Symmetrically placed wall sconces complete the composition of the entrance group.
The lower level of the building contains a garage with wooden doors, harmoniously integrated into the overall concept.
It's worth noting the contrasting combination with neighboring buildings: on the left – a red brick facade with a round window, on the right – white stonework. Such neighborhood only emphasizes the nobility of the central object.
