Modern brick facade with contrasting elements and panoramic glazing

#15435. Modern brick facade with contrasting elements and panoramic glazing

This architectural object is a two-story residential house with a modern interpretation of traditional forms. The facade is characterized by a carefully considered combination of materials: warm brownish brick masonry forms the base, while certain elements are made of lighter stone blocks, creating a pleasant contrast and visual rhythm.

The corner panoramic window on the second floor with dark brown frames draws special attention, providing abundant natural light and expanding the interior space. Horizontal accents in the form of dark strips on the facade give the building a graphic quality and emphasize its geometry. The entrance area is organized through double wooden doors with glazing, accessed via a compact terrace with tile covering.

The architectural composition of the house is built on the contrast of vertical and horizontal elements, while the greenery around softens the rigid lines of the structure. The project harmoniously addresses both functional and aesthetic aspects, creating a comfortable living space integrated into the surrounding landscape.

For designing your own facade, you might consider techniques such as contrasting material combinations, using horizontal accents to visually "ground" the building, creating expressive window groupings, and organically integrating the house into its natural surroundings through thoughtful landscaping of the adjacent territory.
