Before us is a modern urban building that demonstrates an interesting combination of industrial aesthetics and natural elements. The façade presents a multi-layered composition of various materials: concrete, metal, and brick. Particularly notable is the triangular projecting volume of the upper floor with cascading plants creating the effect of a green curtain.
The architectural solution of the façade is based on the contrast of textures and forms. Rough gray concrete sits alongside warm red brick, while metal elements of balcony railings add lightness to the structure. The vertical stripes of the latticed gates on the ground floor echo the horizontal lines of the wooden fence, creating a rhythmic composition.
Special attention should be paid to the integration of greenery into the building's architecture. Plants don't simply complement the façade but become an integral part of it, softening the harshness of concrete surfaces and bringing life to the urban context. The hanging plants on the upper floor and climbing plants on the balconies create the effect of a vertical garden, making the building environmentally friendly and visually appealing.
For private house construction, several techniques can be borrowed from this project: the use of contrasting materials to create a dynamic façade; integration of greenery as a structural design element; application of geometric forms and projecting volumes to give the building a distinctive silhouette. This approach allows for the creation of a modern, ecological, and aesthetically pleasing façade even for a small private home.
