#15313. Wavy tricolor facade with contrasting concrete dominant

This striking example of contemporary architecture demonstrates a bold approach to form-making and color solutions. The building is distinguished by the expressive plasticity of its facade with characteristic smooth, wave-like lines and color zoning. The upper tier is painted in a rich yellow color, the central part in a soft blue, and the lower level in a muted greenish shade.

Compositionally, the facade is built on the contrast between curvilinear, organic forms of the colored sections and the strict geometry of the concrete vertical plate, which serves as a structural and visual anchor for the entire building. The panoramic glazing, following the curves of the structure, creates an effect of continuity and emphasizes the dynamic nature of the architectural solution.

In this project, the architect masterfully employed techniques of form plasticity reminiscent of mid-20th century modernist works but with a contemporary interpretation. Such an approach to facade design can be adapted for a private home by using curvilinear elements, contrasting color blocks, and playing with window shapes. Even on a smaller scale, such solutions will help create a visually memorable and individual appearance for a building.
