Modern House with Dynamic Brick Façade

#14685. Modern House with Dynamic Brick Façade

This modern house showcases an interesting approach to brick façade design, where a traditional material is used in an unconventional way. The façade is characterized by a dynamic pattern of protruding bricks that form a diagonal geometric pattern on the main wall of the building. This technique creates an interplay of light and shadow on the wall surface, giving visual depth and movement to an otherwise static structure.

The upper floor contrasts with the brickwork of the lower part — here, panoramic windows with minimalist framing dominate. The use of large glass surfaces maximizes natural lighting for the interior spaces while creating an interesting visual contrast between the heavy brick and the light, airy glass.

The wooden fence installed around the perimeter of the property supports the overall color scheme of the building and adds warmth to the composition. The window opening on the ground floor is framed with brown metal elements, creating a unified stylistic line with the upper part of the building.

This technique of protruding elements in masonry can be adapted for smaller-scale projects as well. Creating textured panels or accent walls using volumetric masonry allows adding individuality even to a typical structure without significantly increasing the budget.

We design facades of country houses.
