This modern residential building is a striking example of organic architecture, where fluid façade forms harmoniously blend with the geometric structure of the building. Particularly noteworthy is the wave-like concrete surface that creates a dynamic visual accent against the warm terracotta color of the main façade. This sculptural wall seems to float within the volume of the building, giving the composition lightness and plasticity.
The façade is divided into distinct horizontal levels: the lower floor with a dark metal fence creates privacy, while the upper floors open up to the city through an expressive composition. Special attention deserves the integration of greenery — a mini-garden on the protruding balcony-terrace softens the strictness of architectural forms and emphasizes the eco-friendly nature of the project.
When designing the façade of a private house, several techniques from this project can be adopted: contrasting textures (smooth plaster and textured concrete), the use of expressive curvilinear elements as focal points, and the integration of greenery into the building structure. The textile effect of vertical wooden elements on the façade creates a play of light and shadow, which can be used as a natural decorative technique.
