Before us is a striking example of modern urban architecture where traditional notions of house façade have been radically reimagined. The building attracts attention with its unusual pinkish-terracotta exterior walls, creating a warm contrast with the gray elements of the upper floors. The main feature of the façade design is an expressive wave-like element made of concrete or composite material, which becomes the focal point of the architectural composition.
This undulating structure, occupying almost the entire front part of the second floor, visually softens the straight lines of the building and gives it a sculptural character. Behind the wave-like surface, a green area is visible—a façade mini-garden, indicating a biophilic approach to design. The architect masterfully used contrasting textures and forms: smooth wall surfaces juxtaposed with the plasticity of the central element, and the geometric rigor of the upper floors contrasted with the natural softness of the greenery.
The minimalist ground floor with dark gates serves as a foundation for the more expressive upper levels, creating the sensation that the building floats above the ground. This technique can also be used in private construction to give a house lightness and a contemporary look. Overall, this project demonstrates how a bold approach to façade design can transform a residential building into a genuine art object while maintaining functionality and harmony with the surrounding urban environment.
