This architectural object represents an expressive example of modern eco-friendly housing with characteristic Scandinavian minimalism. The facade is made of dark wood, processed in a way that emphasizes the natural texture of the material. Particularly noteworthy is the contrast between vertical and horizontal wooden slats, creating a dynamic rhythm on the facade surface.
One of the key features of the project is the green roof with vegetation, which not only gives the building an organic appearance in the surrounding landscape but also provides additional thermal insulation. The facade structure harmoniously combines solid areas with horizontal cladding and large panoramic windows, ensuring abundant natural light for the interior spaces.
The architectural solution includes a carefully designed light wooden deck that surrounds the house and creates additional outdoor living space. Minimalist white garden chairs on the decking emphasize the restrained aesthetics of the entire ensemble. For privacy, wooden screens with horizontal lamellae are used, simultaneously serving as decorative elements and functional protection.
This approach to facade design can be applied in private construction as well: combining different directions of wooden cladding creates an interesting play of light and shadow, using eco-friendly materials and green roofing increases energy efficiency, while a thoughtful combination of open and closed spaces makes the house both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
