Contemporary eco-minimalism in a forest context is presented in this striking architectural solution. The complex consists of several modular houses with facades clad in vertical wooden panels, creating a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding forest environment. Particularly noteworthy is the stilted construction of the houses, which minimizes interference with the natural landscape and gives the buildings a sense of lightness.
The facades have clean geometric forms with pointed roofs reminiscent of traditional pitched roofs but executed in a modern interpretation. Large panoramic windows contrast with the warm wood, forming an expressive architectural language where opaque and transparent elements create a dynamic rhythm. The upper part of the facade is designed as light lanterns, providing abundant natural lighting to the interior spaces.
The design uses a combination of natural materials: wood, glass, stone, and concrete, creating a multi-layered texture. The stone retaining wall in the background organically integrates the buildings into the hilly terrain. Metal supports emphasize the contemporary character of the structures and create an interesting structural element between the building and the ground.
For private home building, several techniques can be noted: vertical wooden cladding for the facade, which visually increases the height of the building; contrasting combinations of natural materials; use of large windows for maximum interaction with the surrounding environment; elevated structure on supports, which can be useful on complex terrains or for creating a covered space under the house.
