This modern residential structure exemplifies a striking blend of brutalist aesthetics softened by biophilic design elements. The facade is constructed from textured light-gray concrete, creating a monumental, sculptural effect. The architectural solution's distinctive feature is its play with volumes: protruding cantilevered balconies and terraces of varying sizes form a dynamic composition that breaks up the monolithic nature of the concrete structure.

The architect masterfully employed a "perforation" technique—geometric window openings of different sizes punctuate the facade, not only providing natural light to interior spaces but also becoming compositional elements that create rhythm across the building's surface.
